Experience

Mr. Bartosh’s 20 years in real estate experience includes eight years in property management with Transwestern Property Company.

He has been responsible for a portfolio of retail, industrial, and office projects totaling over three million square feet including 100 Congress a 400,000 square foot office building in downtown Austin. While supervising a staff in Austin, San Antonio and Bryan/College Station and managing properties for State Farm Insurance, Teacher’s Retirement, Calpers, and Metropolitan, Mr. Bartosh has gained a wide range of experience in managing many different types of properties. He has also supervised numerous capital projects including asbestos abatement, curtain wall repair, mechanical system and roof replacements, lighting retrofits, and tenant finish.
