Experience

Plack Carr has over 19 years of experience in office and industrial sales, leasing, real estate development, investment sales and property management. As President of Milam Real Estate Investors, Mr. Carr is responsible for the overall direction of the real estate development and investment company that partners with Travis Commercial for development and acquisition opportunities.

Prior to forming Milam Real Estate Investors, Mr. Carr was the Area Director for Trammell Crow Company and a Senior Vice President of Lincoln Property Company. Mr. Carr's experience has included over $450 million of acquisition, disposition and development projects, including the securing of debt and equity for various projects in Texas, California, Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia.
