Experience
Mr Crozier joined Travis Commercial Real Estate Services in the spring of 2008 as the Project Director responsible for the repositioning of an approximate 225,000 sq ft office complex located in the South Texas Medical Center. He brings over 25 years of commercial real estate experience covering most all facets of the industry including development, acquisitions and dispositions, marketing, leasing and construction administration.
Prior to joining Travis, Mr Crozier was the Director of Leasing for CB Richard Ellis in San Antonio. He oversaw the project leasing agency business within this market and was responsible for development and implementation of strategic marketing plans for the assets of clientele. In addition, he was responsible for expanding the landlord agency business for CB Richard Ellis, interfacing with commercial real estate owners and institutions, establishing budgets, operating pro forma's, and establishing comprehensive marketing plans to meet and exceed the ownerships investment objectives.
His experience also includes the successful repositioning of the largest single commercial office asset in San Antonio. This portfolio consisted of twenty six (26) office buildings totaling 1,200,000 sq ft. Over a four year period, these assets were renovated, stabilized, rebranded and successfully re-leased such that ownership was able to sell at a significant profit.

Education and Affiliations
Mr. Crozier attended the University of Texas Austin with a major in Real Estate and Urban Land Development. In addition, he attended the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. He has held a Texas Real Estate Broker's license since 1983 and is an active participant in numerous organizations such as Real Estate Counsel of San Antonio, CCIM, CREW, and BOMA.
