Experience

Mr. Hill joined Milam Real Estate Investors, LP in June 2005. His primary focus is on acquiring land for development as well as income producing properties. Mr. Hill also is responsible for the day to day development activities of Milam's new developments. Prior to joining Milam Real Estate Investors, Mr. Hill worked for an oil and gas business owned by his family where he was responsible for acquiring income producing minerals and royalties throughout the United States. He ran title for all acquisitions, negotiated lease terms, and managed the properties within the company.
