Experience

Mr. Miller directs the day-to-day activities of Travis Commercial Corporate Services, the company's corporate real estate advisory division.

Mr. Miller began his real estate career in Austin, Texas in 1992 while serving as an Acquisitions Analyst for a planned $500 million office building acquisition fund. In 1994, Mr. Miller joined Lincoln Property Company's San Antonio office where his responsibilities included multi-tenant office building leasing, investment sales and corporate services work. In October 1999, Mr. Miller joined the Travis Commercial Real Estate Services, Ltd. partnership and established the Corporate Services division.

Mr. Miller has been responsible for implementing the real estate strategies for such diverse firms as Valero Energy Corporation, SAIC and Nationwide Life Insurance Company. His inter-disciplinary background, which includes acquisitions, dispositions, project leasing and multi-market corporate services work, has afforded him a unique perspective on the varied challenges and opportunities faced by today's corporate end users.

Mr. Miller received a BA degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1992. He was named to the San Antonio Business Journal's: '40 Under 40 ­ San Antonio's Rising Stars' in 2001; and is graduate of Leadership San Antonio ­ Class 30 (2005).
