Experience
Mr. Thomas's commercial real estate career in San Antonio started in 1986 and since then he has focused primarily on leasing, investment sales and tenant representation. Prior to joining Travis Commercial Real Estate Services as a Partner in 1998, Thomas spent six years marketing the Weston family's real estate portfolio in San Antonio with a focus on leasing of the 500,000 square foot Weston Centre. Prior to joining Weston Properties, Mr. Thomas was employed by Trammell Crow Company, where he was top producer for the San Antonio office.
As Partner at Travis Commercial, he is responsible for office building assignments with a focus on leasing and investment sales. In the past five years, Mr. Thomas has negotiated in excess of 1,000,000 square feet of office lease transactions primarily in Class A high-rise Buildings, and single story suburban office developments.

Education and Affiliations
Mr. Thomas graduated from the University of Texas Austin in 1983 with a Bachelors of Science degree. He is a member of the San Antonio Real Estate Council and Alamo Kiwanis Club, and former board member of Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Downtown Alliance, and an active member in the Texas Cavaliers. Thomas holds a Texas Real Estate Broker's License.
