Experience
Ms. Villarreal joined Travis Commercial Real Estate Services in September 2007 as Marketing Director and is responsible for approximately 1 million square feet of commercial assets.
In her former capacity at USAA Real Estate Company as Director of Portfolio Management, Villarreal was responsible for directing and managing a portfolio valued in excess of $400 million. Her duties included approval of annual budgets and business plans, monitoring the market conditions in various cities throughout the U.S., and creating value for her respective assets.
In addition to portfolio management, Villarreal spent the past twelve years in a project leasing capacity on USAA Real Estate Company’s behalf for Colonnade Centre, a 131,000 square foot Class A office building. She succeeded in bringing the building to occupancy of 100% and creating value by structuring leases with excellent credit tenants at optimal rental rates in the marketplace.
Villarreal’s 21 years of experience includes corporate real estate services for USAA, the parent company of USAA Real Estate Company. She completed transactions in most major market across the U.S., including, Washington D.C., Manhattan, Long Island, Sacramento, Houston, Las Vegas, Seattle, San Francisco, San Diego, and San Antonio.

Education and Affiliations
Ms. Villarreal graduated from University of North Texas in 1986 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate. She is a CCIM member and former President of the San Antonio/ South Texas CCIM Chapter. Ms. Villarreal holds a Texas Real Estate Broker’s license.
