Travis Commercial Real Estate actively pursues development and acquisition opportunities through its resources within Milam Real Estate Investors.

Milam Real Estate Investors (“Milam”) was formed in 2004 as a real estate company whose mission is to invest in real property in Texas and seek the maximum returns for its investors. The company is a Texas limited partnership. The limited partners are former principals and senior vice presidents of Lincoln Property Company, Trammell Crow Company and Transwestern Property Company. The principals are Plack Carr, Chuck King and Mark Krenger. Milam is focused primarily on office and industrial real estate opportunities.
